actor
I started acting in high school plays so I'd have a reason to get out of the house. They quickly began to consume my life and I spent as much time in the theater as I possibly could. I thought acting would always remain a hobby until I got an offer to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and I decided there was no other option than to make the leap into film. Since then, I've been fortunate to meet several wonderful creators, and helped create well over a dozen films that I'm proud of. Shabbat Dinner, RAGE, Stranger than Nixon, Cyberpunch...the list goes on. While I've moved into writing and directing as well, I still think I belong most in front of the camera.
If I have any defining features, it's my eternal-victim doe eyes. I have an extremely expressive face that lends itself to comedy well, and I have a knack for playing dramatic characters that don't talk much; my internal monologue is on my face, clear as day. While I can play as young as 16, my natural temperament reads considerably older, and I tend to play straight-laced very often.
That said, there's nothing I love more than a good, weird character role.
